These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ccn9 platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, account management features, and payment services available at ccn9.bio. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any bets on ccn9.
Before reading the full Terms, these six points summarise the most important obligations and protections that apply to every ccn9 account holder.
ccn9 services are exclusively available to adults aged 21 years and above. Registering under a false age is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual may hold only one active ccn9 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. ccn9 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any associated bets or bonus claims without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ccn9 login credentials. All activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. Do not share your password with any other person.
All ccn9 bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms detailed at the time of the offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering conditions have been fully met.
Withdrawals on ccn9 are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Account verification may be required before your first withdrawal is approved. Processing times vary by method.
Any use of the ccn9 platform for fraudulent activity, arbitrage abuse, collusion, or exploitation of system errors is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 To register and use a ccn9 Account, you must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. By completing the registration process, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement. ccn9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified to ccn9's satisfaction.
2.2 Registration on ccn9 is permitted for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not register on behalf of another individual, a corporate entity, or any third party.
2.3 Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the ccn9 platform. The operation of duplicate, linked, or otherwise associated multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, ccn9 may close all but one Account, void any bets placed across the duplicate Accounts, and retain any bonus funds claimed through duplicate registrations.
2.4 You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to keep this information current and accurate throughout the duration of your Account.
2.5 ccn9 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.
Age Verification: ccn9 employs age and identity verification procedures in accordance with its international gaming licence obligations. Players who cannot verify their age or identity when requested will have their Account suspended and withdrawals held pending verification.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ccn9 Account login credentials, including your username and password. ccn9 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.2 You must notify ccn9 immediately via live chat support if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
3.3 ccn9 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account that is found to be inactive for a continuous period exceeding 12 months. Prior to closure, ccn9 will make reasonable efforts to contact the Account holder using the registered contact details on file. Any remaining real-money Balance will be handled in accordance with applicable dormant account procedures.
3.4 Players may request the closure of their ccn9 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon voluntary Account closure, any pending withdrawal requests that have already been approved will be processed in the normal course. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
3.5 ccn9 may close or suspend an Account with immediate effect, without prior notice, where ccn9 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes, or where the Player has materially breached these Terms.
4.1 ccn9 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. ccn9 does not apply transaction fees to JazzCash or EasyPaisa deposits; fees applicable to bank transfers may vary by institution.
4.2 All funds deposited into your ccn9 Account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. ccn9 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method belonging to a person other than the registered Account holder will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
4.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless an alternative method is approved by ccn9 following identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. ccn9 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of approval for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within 3–5 business days for bank transfers, subject to verification status.
4.4 ccn9 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of a valid national identity document (CNIC), proof of the payment method used, and proof of residential address. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days of the request may result in the withdrawal being placed on hold.
Important: ccn9 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard PKR transactions. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside ccn9's control and are not ccn9's responsibility.
5.1 ccn9 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
5.2 All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period will be specified in the promotion terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the forfeiture of any remaining Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from those Bonus Funds.
5.3 ccn9 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already met the qualifying conditions, ccn9 will honour the bonus in respect of that qualifying action.
5.4 Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, and per device unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Claiming the same promotion through multiple Accounts is considered abuse and will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and potential Account suspension.
5.5 ccn9 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings that were credited due to a technical error, a system fault, or in circumstances where the Player exploited a promotional mechanic in a manner not intended by ccn9.
6.1 All bets placed on ccn9 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or event, as published on the platform at the time of betting. In the case of cricket betting — including PSL, international T20 fixtures, Asia Cup, and ICC World Cup markets — the applicable cricket betting rules will govern the settlement of all markets.
6.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by ccn9, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player. ccn9 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at an obviously incorrect price, or placed on an event that was already in progress at the time of placement where live betting was not the intended market format.
6.3 ccn9 reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits on any market or event. Maximum win limits may also apply per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are set at ccn9's sole discretion and may be adjusted without prior notice.
6.4 In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the Player must contact ccn9 live support within 72 hours of the disputed settlement. ccn9's decision on bet settlement disputes is final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
6.5 ccn9 does not accept bets from individuals who have inside knowledge of an event that is not publicly available, or from individuals who are participating in the event on which they are betting. Any such bet will be voided and the Account suspended.
7.1 Casino games available on ccn9 — including live dealer games, slot titles, and instant games — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or streamed from live studios staffed by professional dealers. All game outcomes are determined by the relevant RNG or live event, and ccn9 does not manipulate game results.
7.2 Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot and RNG casino games are determined by the game provider and are made available to Players on request or via the individual game information panels where applicable.
7.3 In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a casino game session, ccn9's system logs will be used to determine the state of the game at the point of interruption. ccn9 will make reasonable efforts to resolve such situations fairly but accepts no liability for losses arising from connectivity issues on the Player's side.
7.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all casino games on ccn9. These are displayed within the game interface before play commences. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable limits before placing wagers.
8.1 The following actions are strictly prohibited on ccn9 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
8.2 Where prohibited conduct is identified, ccn9 may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspension or permanent closure of the Account; forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds; reversal of withdrawals pending investigation; and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
9.1 ccn9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. All Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits using the responsible gaming tools available within their Account dashboard.
9.2 Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period of any duration — from 24 hours up to a permanent exclusion — through the responsible gaming section of their ccn9 Account settings or by contacting live support directly. A self-exclusion, once activated, cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.
9.3 ccn9 will not knowingly permit access to its Services by any individual who has an active self-exclusion in place, whether that exclusion was initiated on ccn9 or notified to ccn9 by the Player. However, ccn9 accepts no liability for access that occurs as a result of a Player providing inaccurate information.

10.1 ccn9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at ccn9.bio/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
10.2 ccn9 may share Player data with third-party identity verification providers, payment processors, fraud detection services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by ccn9's international gaming licence obligations. 11.1 All content on the ccn9 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the property of ccn9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ccn9 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any ccn9 content without the prior written consent of ccn9.
11.3 Any unauthorised use of ccn9 intellectual property may result in Account suspension and legal action.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, ccn9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the ccn9 platform, including losses arising from: technical faults or connectivity issues; errors in odds or game displays subsequently corrected; delays in payment processing; or unauthorised Account access resulting from the Player's own failure to secure their credentials.
12.2 ccn9's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits ccn9's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.
12.4 The ccn9 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ccn9 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their own devices.
13.1 ccn9 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, ccn9 will provide Players with reasonable advance notice via the email address or contact number registered to their Account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the ccn9 platform.
13.2 Continued use of your ccn9 Account after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 3.4.
13.3 The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at ccn9.bio/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable under ccn9's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may hold under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and ccn9, you are encouraged to first contact ccn9 live support to seek an informal resolution. ccn9 will endeavour to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint submitted through the live support channel.
14.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by ccn9's international gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available upon request from the ccn9 support team.
